¿Is the cost of the product expressed in soles or dollars?
In Mujer Peru, prices are appropriated in Nuevos Soles and U.S. dollars. (change to US$ is adjusted according to changes in the market).

¿Is there a minimum amount of purchase that can be sent?
There is no minimum amount of purchase.

¿Is some kind of tax paid by the value of the product?
The prices include the General Sales Tax (IGV), do not pay any additional tax.

¿What is the cost of shipment of Metropolitan Lima?
The cost of shipping for each order shipped within in the city will depend on the area where is located the zone where the delivery address. Upon completing your purchase order, may consult the surcharges.

¿What if I buy 3 products charge me 3 times the delivery?
No, delivery is charged only once, provided that the products are delivered to a single address.

¿Must the recipient pay something extra when you deliver my gift?
No, the person who will receive the gift does not have to pay any amount extra. Only must sign the referral of the delivered product guide and attach possessing identity document number. Where is a child who receives the gift, any adult family member will have to sign for it.

¿How is the sending of products made?
They are performed by an average of 2 to 4 days after carried out the transaction within Lima. Level Peru national deliveries are made over a period of 5 to 7 working days. In high demand as seasons: Christmas, mother`s day Valentine, times may be higher

¿If I want a shipment arrives at a specific time, Is it posible?
Yes, but only for shipments to Lima. On special dates: Valentine`s day, day of the wizard, mother`s day, Christmas is not possible the shipments to arrive at a specific time. For other cities it is not possible the shipment arrives at a specific time.

¿Is it security to enter my credit card info?
Of course, with the international system PayPal which allows you to be affiliated with your credit card to Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners Club, JCB, which makes that transactions are secure and authenticated. It is easy to use, you only need the information contained in your card to make a purchase.

¿How do I know you received my order compliant?
Our system automatically sends a copy of the order received in the mail client, thereby expressing the conformity of the performed order.

¿How do I confirm my order fulfillment?
Our staff will send you an email once we have confirmation of delivery.

¿How do I delete if I wrong to choose the quantity of products or any feature thereof?
If you has committed a mistake in entering products you can modify your purchase, go to shopping cart at the top of the screen. Here you can modify the quantity of items you have selected as well as the characteristics of the product, filling the box with the number of items you want to sort, and at the end you need to press the Refresh button. You can also delete an item by pressing the button Delete in the row of the corresponding item.

¿If I already arrived at the time payment is made and I would like to add something extra to my purchase, how do I?

Mujer Perú always thinking of you, accept 3 methods of payment, both for those who have credit card for those who do not have the same or just don`t want to use.
